More than basic records

Welsh historical societies have been publishing genealogical and historical research for over a century. Their journals hold primary source material, family histories, parish register transcripts and scholarly articles.

From the pedigrees in Hel Achau to the archaeology in Archaeologia Cambrensis, they go far beyond basic records. Many print transcriptions of medieval manuscripts, court rolls and church records that family historians would otherwise struggle to see.
